All orders are custom cut using the vehicle information provided at checkout.

Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a tracking email once your order ships.

Estimated delivery time is typically 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and carrier performance.

Shipping times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or peak shipping seasons.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate.

Cricks Shade Shop is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of delivery confirmation so we can assist with resolution.
