Cricks Shade Shop manufactures custom precision computer-cut window tint kits based on the exact vehicle information provided at checkout.

Custom Product Policy

Because all tint kits are custom cut to your selected vehicle (year, make, model, and options):

• Custom-cut kits are non-returnable once cut, installed, or used.
• Returns are not accepted for incorrect vehicle information entered by the customer.
• Returns are not accepted for change of mind due to the custom nature of this product.


Order Errors, Manufacturing Defects, or Shipping Damage

If you receive:

• The wrong item
• A manufacturing defect
• Shipping damage

You must contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Order number
• Clear photos of the issue
• Description of the problem

• Customers must retain all packaging and damaged items until the claim is resolved. Failure to do so may result in denial of refund or replacement.
